How Much Do You Pay ?
We offer some of the most competitive hourly rates in the city, tailored to your equipment and experience. Rates vary based on factors like the size and type of equipment you operate, as well as the attachments used for snow removal. The operator experience can also play a big factor and can make a 3 hour job a 4 hour job. Let us know what equipment you have and we will pay a higher than industry standard rate.
Can you pay a job flat rate ?
We actually prefer paying by job flat rate. If you’d rather be compensated per assignment instead of hourly, we can accommodate that—just let us know your preference.
Do you pay a monthly retainer?
Absolutely. We understand that you have monthly expenses and need reliable income regardless of the weather. Your monthly retainer will be based on the total value of your contracts with us, providing predictable, consistent pay throughout the season.
Do I need snow insurance ?
If you plan to work as a snow subcontractor, insurance is required. Don’t have coverage yet? No problem—we can connect you with our trusted insurance provider for competitive rates based on your history. If traditional insurance isn’t an option, we also have alternative solutions available—just reach out and ask us for details.
Can I take on A full job for more money ?
Yes. If you want to plow and take care of the salting aspect you absolutely can. You will get a much higher percentage of the total job value.
